Shipping

Carriers we use - USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class, Priority Mail. 
  • Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving clear payment.
  • The Average time of arrival for orders in the U.S. is 3-7 days and for international 2-3 weeks.
  • However in times there may be delays in shipping due to weather, customs inspections, and transit issues with the carriers.
  • Once orders shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the account email on file. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Therefore, we kindly ask that all customers double check their shipping information and claim their package with USPS.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy        

  • Return requests made within 30 days of the delivered date qualify for a full refund.
  • Merchandise must be returned in the condition you received it. All return items must be completely free of stains and dirt. Must not be worn, altered or washed.
  • For the return or exchange service, the buyer is responsible for the return postage. We are not responsible for any lost packages, or damages that may occur during transit back to our facility.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
  • Refund will be processed once the item has been shipped by you and received in our facility.
  • For damaged products and wrong items received only, please contact us info@supaunlimited.com for the free return shipping label.
  • Only items purchased directly from www.supaunlimited.com are covered by this policy. 

    Sale Items

    • Orders for Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Final Sale items include purchases made by store credit.

    Processing Time

    Once packages are return to our facility and inspected a refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
